Alaina's Story

My personal journey of overcoming body obsession and the consequences of taking shortcuts to achieve the 'dream body' is what inspired the creation of Savor & Shine Coaching. I understand the challenges of achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and am passionate about helping other women do the same.
